Our goal is to provide a very easy useful tool to help buyers buy and sellers sell.

Q: How do I advertise my property on Beach And Mountain Property.com? A: Just follow the few simple steps and you are done!

- Verify your Email.
- Sign in.
- Purchase the "Ad Credit Package" that's right for you.
- Click on "List a Property" and select the ad type.
- Complete the property info fields, upload your photos, and submit your ad.
- Your ad will post immediately!!
Q: What does it cost to advertise on Beach And Mountain Property.com? A:
- Our ads cost $49.00 each (or less if you purchase a multi-credit package) and run for 6 months.
- Multi-credit ad packages are available for price per ad discounts. Visit our Advertising Rates page to view various prices.
- We also offer regional Agent Highlight Ads that will rotate thru the searches and show in the region you select.
We accept most major credit cards, money orders and personal checks.
Q: Can I advertise my property if it is not mountain side or ocean front?
A: Yes. We do however want to keep the site as honest as possible. I would not expect to see ocean property in Kansas or mountain property in Florida. We only expect that you are near the beach or mountains. If ads are found that do not fit our profile, we reserve the right to remove the ad and refund your money.
Q: What is meant by a "FEATURED LISTING"?
A: Featured listings are randomly featured on all Beach And Mountain Property.com web pages. Properties are also randomly featured on the various state pages. This gives your property optimum exposure. All paid listings with a good photo will be randomly rotated through as Featured Ads.
Q: Do you offer free listings?
A: No. But for as little as $49.00 for 6 months, you should feel like your getting it for free.
Q: How do I update or remove my listing?
A: You simply login to your account manager, Advertising Dashboard, and then click on the edit listing button or delete button.
Q: How do I pay for my listing? A: Login to your Account Manager and click on the "Purchase Credits" icon. After purchasing credits, click on List a Property and select the ad type you want to create. Your account will automatically be deducted the appropriate number of credits.
Q: What if I forget my login id or password? A: Your login id is your email address. If you do not remember which email address you used, you can contact us, by using the contact form and we will look it up for you. If your email address has changed since you registered with us, contact us and we can change it for you. If you have forgotten your password, and click on "Forget your Password?" link. You will receive an email very shortly with your password. The email will be sent to the email address that you initially registered with.
Q: How long will my ad be displayed?
A: All paid ads will be posted for 180 days ( approx. 6 months) or until it is marked as sold or deleted.
Q: My property is listed with a realtor. Can I also advertise it here?
A: Yes. We are not a real estate company and do not represent any parties in real estate transactions so there is no conflict of interest in regards to listing agreements. We will gladly list your Realtor's name, email address and phone number as the Contact.
Q: What if I do not have photos of my property?
A: At least one photo of the property is required.
Q: Is there a limit on the size of photo I can submit?
A: There is no limit on photo size. Our website will automatically resize your photo to fit.
Q: What formats are allowed for photos?
A: Your photos must be in either .jpg or .gif format to load properly to your ad.
Q: How many pictures can I upload.
A: You can upload either five (5) or up to ten (10) pictures of your property, depending on the credits you use per ad.
Q: How can I change my photos?
A: If you have uploaded your allowed number of photos, you must first delete a photo to add another. Login to your Account Manager, Advertising Dashboard, and then the Edit Listing Icon.
Q: How will I be contacted if someone is interested in my property?
A: In the Contact section of your ad there will be a link to an email contact form, so you can be directly contacted by potential buyers. Anytime your email address is displayed on a website, it is likely to be retrieved by companies that send out spam/junk emails. By using our "hidden email" technology, you can still be directly notified, without your email address being "exposed". Whether or not your phone number is displayed is entirely up to you. It is not a required field.
Q: What is the difference between a "website click" and a "view count"?
A: A "website click" is increased when someone clicks on an external website/http. This is for people that have another website where they are advertising their property. Many real estate businesses use BeachAndMountainProperty.com to drive more visitors to their company's website. We have this count on their ads to let them know how many people are doing that. A "view count" is increased when someone clicks on your ad to see all the details. This count goes up when you visit your ad, but only counts one time every 24 hours.
Q: If I pay for an ad and that property sells, can I replace the ad with another property without paying again?
A: YES!!! You paid for 6 months and that is what you get. You can edit your ad until the ad expires.
